Wiley were developing alternative distribution channels and business models as part of the move from print to electronic media. As part of that transformation process a Centre of Excellence was established to deal with the human and process aspects of change accompanying the necessary technology updates.

Role:
Business Process Lead: Lead Process Improvement consultant providing coaching to distributed global team of Process Analysts. Established an Enterprise Process Architecture and a Process Improvement Community of Practice.

Projects include:
Supervision and review of Subscriptions Management processes.
Update to Content Management processes as part of major technology and organizational structure change.
